During off-peak seasons, Small to Large puzzles are set, printed, and shipped within 1-2 business days.

The Extra Large 1000-piece puzzle is crafted from wood rather than chipboard, which requires a longer production time. Typically, this process takes about two weeks.

During peak seasons, such as the holidays, we strive to maintain our usual timelines. However, the final week before Christmas can be especially busy, and orders may take a bit longer depending on your position in the queue.

We ship via USPS Priority, which typically delivers anywhere in the continental U.S. within 1-3 days.
